“Building Company “New Style” Ltd was founded by Mr. Tamaz Machaladze in 1998.
At the beginning of its operations the company focused on import-export and trade activities, mainly for construction materials. The company started diversification into construction business in 2002. During the past few years the company has built dwelling houses, business centers and various houses in Tbilisi and around the country.
Currently the company is managing and building a lot of residential and office buildings, including:
- Building of the whole residential area near the Tbilisi race track with full complex of living and recreation (the first multistorey house has already been built);
- Building of two whole residential area in Dighomi, Tbilisi with specific dwelling houses and full complex of living and recreation;
- Business-center “Palati” Tbilisi, Gamrekeli, 19 (www.palati.ge);
- Business-center “Studio” Tbilisi, Vaja-Pshavela Ave, 16-a;
- Business-center “Olimpia” Tbilisi, J.Shartava, 40;
- Household shop –“Everything for Building” at the Saakadze square, Tbilisi;
- Hotel “Tbilisi” in Bakuriani for year-round functioning (www.hoteltbilisi.com.ge - 75 apartments for 180 persons, conference hall, cafe-bar, restaurant, full service, close yard with evergreen forest);
- “Kobuleti-Palace” and more.
